Enrolments for the new class at Romsey Neighbourhood house open on the 15th January. Places are limited to 15 so give them a call on 5429 6724 to reserve your place. You can find them also on Facebook, their website is in progress. See previous post for more details.
What to wear: Comfortable stretchy clothes and dance shoes like Jazz ballet shoes, barefoot is also appropriate. Sneakers tend to stick to the floor which makes it harder for some of the movements. If you need to wear your orthotics, you can.
Bring a bottle of water, an exercise mat and a hip belt (beaded or coins) if you have one.

For beginners, I’m offering a 4-week sampler course $64. It’s a chance for everyone to give Belly Dance a try without having to commit to a full 10-week course. This ‘Sampler’ is a very affordable way to give it a go to see if you like it. For those of you who wish to continue at the end of the 4-week course, the ‘sampler course’ amount will be deducted from the term fee. You can be assured that you will be able to fit right into the class and be able to enjoy the following sessions with confidence. It’s the perfect way to try it out before committing to a full term.
